My system show weird bars all over the screen, when the system restarts after install HD Graphics drivers.

(This problem continues with Windows XP, Windows8, Windows8.1) But from day 1, when I purchased this PC with DH61H0 motherboard, with Intel i3 3210 processor, with windows 7 64bit graphic card drivers are not working. I tried each and every update of drivers, which you people provided.
